We invite you to check our training offer on mobbing prevention in a workplace. The offer is aimed at companies and institutions. The training is delivered only as a dedicated training in a closed system.

The goal of the training is to deliver the compendium of knowledge in the field of mobbing, highly useful in solving practical cases associated with mobbing, also in the context of human resources issues. The participants are fully trained in mobbing prevention, including the creation of internal anti-mobbing policies and strategies.

By the end of the training the participants will develop the skills to recognize mobbing from other conflict situations, gain knowledge about causes of this phenomenon. They will also learn about mobbing diagnosis methods and the ways how to deal with mobbing.
