Valuate it, plan and reckon up - construction investments management

The goal of the training is to prepare the participants for costs and resources management in construction projects. The participants are introduced to construction works cost estimation, project planning and management.

You will learn, how to prepare a reliable cost estimate and project schedule, how to make general situation analysis in which the project have to be realized (project vision, general goals, expectations, limitations and assumptions) as well as how to track the goals realization in the project, including budget control.

The course prepares the participants for cost estimates and schedules creation, as well as gaining skills of planning and tracking of single projects based on information of work realization and resources expenditure imported from cost estimates.

The course is designed for estimators and managers involved in cost and construction work schedule preparation for the purpose of biddings, as well as in planning and work realization tracking.

The training is delivered in the form of lectures and computer workshops with related practical exercises. Exercises are performed both on cost estimation software and MS Project.

• Practical exercises on cost estimation
