From 1st January of 2004, according to revised Labor Code, employers are required to prevent mobbing. As employees gained legal opportunities of protection against mobbing, we are organizing trainings from the field of mobbing prevention.
Training goal is to familiarize participants with basic methods of dealing with mobbing in working place. Participants get to know the reasons of this phenomenon in the organization.
Main mobbing behaviors and manipulation behaviors are discussed.
One of the most important skill developed by the participants, is distinguishing standard conflict situations and mobbing. They will also learn how to recognize real victim of mobbing.
During the training the main methods of dealing with mobbing are presented, including psychological methods and organizational procedures.
Training participants receive training materials in the form of script, which contains compendium of knowledge from the field of mobbing and chosen description of mobbing situations with adequate methods to deal with them.
This training is aimed for companies and institutions, that would like to train their employees on the field of mobbing dealing methods in short period of time, so training duration is 3 hours.
The training is held in the form of a lecture including chosen “case studies” related to specific mobbing situations.
The training is held in a closed form. It is planned for organized groups of employees from specific companies or organizations.
The training is held in a group of max 20 people, which guarantees a favorable atmosphere which leads to a more effective learning process.
So as to meet the requirements of companies and institutions which want their employees to be trained in a short time, AkKom has designed a training consisting of 3 hours (one hour - 60 minutes). The training in mobbing prevention for employees can be held in our company or in the client’s headquarters.
If the client reports such a need, there is a possibility to extend the time and the scope of the training. The extended training is conducted within one day (8 hours) - 'Mobbing prevention in work environment'.
